What data we collect
The forms on this site collect only what you enter yourself: your name, your phone number and, if you choose to add them, your email address and the text of your message. No other data is collected.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and to arrange your trip. We do not use your data for marketing emails and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by our managers. The details needed to arrange the trip, such as the name on a hotel booking, are passed to the relevant service provider.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are sent to our internal Telegram chat and stored there. They are not posted to our public Telegram channel.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Yandex Metrica to collect visit statistics. The service does not identify you personally. It collects general statistics only, and it starts only after you have given your consent.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Get in touch using the phone number or Telegram below.
The rules on storing personal data changed in 2026. A form that collects a simple name and phone number, as ours does, does not fall into the restricted category. Even so, if you have questions, please contact us.
