Day 1
High-speed train from Tashkent to Samarkand; check-in at a hotel by the old city.
Day 2
Samarkand: the Registan, Gur-e-Amir and the Bibi-Khanym Mosque.
Day 3
The Shah-i-Zinda necropolis; train on to Bukhara in the afternoon.
Day 4
Old Bukhara: Poi Kalon, the Ark fortress and Lyabi Hauz.
Day 5
The long leg from Bukhara to Khiva; check-in at a hotel by Itchan Kala.
Day 6
Itchan Kala: the Kalta Minor, the Juma Mosque and the Tash-Khauli Palace; the Nurullabay Palace and the craft workshops.
Day 7
Return to Tashkent via Urgench.
